We use information to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, manage returns and exchanges, prevent fraud, maintain inventory, moderate reviews, improve the website, send service messages, and send marketing messages only where permitted.

3. Payments

We do not intentionally store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment providers process payment information according to their own security standards and privacy policies.

4. Customer Uploaded Evidence

Return and exchange evidence, including unboxing videos and product photos, is used to verify the request. Customer-uploaded evidence is removed from active database records after 48 hours unless we must retain limited information for fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting, or compliance.

Reviews are moderated before publication. Approved reviews may display your chosen name, rating, title, and review body. Your email address is not shown publicly.
