Shipping Policy

We pack Bharat Artifacts orders with care because many pieces are handmade, fragile, limited, or irreplaceable.
1. Processing Time
In-stock items usually dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order, customised, oversized, framed, or artisan-sourced items may take longer. If a product has a special dispatch timeline, we will mention it on the product page or contact you after purchase.
2. India Delivery
Standard India delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, courier restrictions, or address issues may extend this timeline.
3. International Delivery
International delivery, where available, usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
4. Packaging
Products are packed based on material and fragility. We may use layered cushioning, rigid boxes, corner protection, moisture protection, and fragile handling labels. Please keep the packaging until you have inspected the item.
5. Delivery Inspection
Before opening the parcel, record a clear unboxing video if you may need to raise a damage, return, exchange, replacement, or refund request. The video must show the sealed parcel, opening process, packaging, and product condition.
6. Failed Delivery
If a courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or unreachable phone number, re-shipping charges may apply. Orders returned to us by the courier may be refunded after deducting shipping and handling costs where permitted.
7. Tracking and Support
Tracking details, if available, will be shown in your order page or sent by email/phone message. For help, contact support with your order number.
